The Arterial Grasper is a Pre-Hardmode enemy that spawns in the Underground Crimson. The Arterial Grasper is completely stationary, and hooks on to nearby tiles using chains of flesh. It releases multiple clumps of blood in a circular pattern if players are nearby.

- Only one Arterial Grasper can be present in the world at all times.
- The player can be alerted to the Graspers presence by listening for a heartbeat sound when within the Underground Crimson.
